Refund Policy
Digital purchases are generally final once correctly delivered. We will investigate duplicate charges, failed or incorrect delivery, unauthorized transactions, and any refund required by applicable law.
For the fastest review, contact Waystone support within 14 days of purchase. Include the Minecraft username, approximate purchase time, product, and Stripe receipt reference. Never send full card details.
Undelivered purchases can be blocked automatically when Stripe reports a refund. If an entitlement was already delivered, the order is placed into staff review so balances and rank-upgrade history are handled safely and consistently.
Rule enforcement, voluntary account inactivity, or a change of mind after a digital entitlement is delivered normally does not qualify for a refund.
